These terms cover the Signature and Showroom website builds sold by Calls From Clicks LLC. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.

Each project is also governed by its signed service agreement and approved kickoff scope. If a signed agreement conflicts with this general page, the signed agreement controls for that project.

Builds and pricing

Signature: The standard price is $5,996, split into two payments of $2,998. The limited beta price is $2,998, split into two payments of $1,499.

Showroom: The standard price is $11,996, split into two payments of $5,998. The limited beta price is $5,998, split into two payments of $2,999.

There are three total beta spots across both builds, not three spots per tier. The price and tier accepted by the client will be listed in the signed service agreement.

The first payment reserves the build. Work begins once that payment clears and all required inputs are received. The remaining half is due when you approve the build for handoff, unless Calls From Clicks waives that balance under the Pay-Half Promise.

The first payment is earned when work begins and is not refunded under the Pay-Half Promise. The promise applies only to the remaining balance.

Delivery clocks

Signature receives a complete first version on a private review link within 72 calendar hours. Showroom receives a complete first version on a private review link within 7 calendar days.

The correct clock starts only after Calls From Clicks has the first payment, approved kickoff scope, completed build form, approved photos and brand assets, service details, pricing inputs, and other answers required for the selected build.

The delivery promise covers the complete first version for review, not the final public launch. Nothing is published on your domain until you approve it.

The clock pauses while any of the following are outstanding: incomplete information, missing assets, unanswered build questions, service outages that prevent the work, and scope changes requested after kickoff. It resumes when the blocker clears.

The on-time promise

If Calls From Clicks misses the review-ready delivery window for the selected tier for a reason on our side, the remaining balance is waived. Delays caused by paused-clock conditions above do not trigger the waiver.

The satisfaction promise

You review the build before anything is published on your domain. If you are still not satisfied after three completed revision rounds against the agreed kickoff scope, Calls From Clicks waives the remaining balance and hands over the current version of the site.

This guarantee requires specific, actionable feedback delivered as one consolidated list per revision round. New pages, new services, new features, complete direction changes, vague feedback, missing assets, delayed responses, or requests outside the approved kickoff scope are not revision rounds and may be quoted separately.

Waiver of the remaining balance and handoff of the current site is the complete remedy under the Pay-Half Promise. The first payment is not refunded.

Revisions

Every build includes up to three revision rounds. One round means one consolidated list of specific changes submitted after reviewing the latest version. Revisions apply to the scope approved at kickoff; new pages, services, features, integrations, or direction changes requested after kickoff are new scope and quoted separately.

Showroom modules

Showroom includes the Signature foundation plus a guided quote flow and the interactive modules listed in the approved kickoff scope. The module mix follows the services the client actually sells and the verified information available for those services.

Film specifications, legal guidance, service answers, package ranges, warranties, and other factual outputs must come from information the client supplies or approves. Calls From Clicks will not invent a price, product claim, legal claim, or service promise to make a module look complete.

Features that require paid APIs, model usage, email delivery, uploads, or storage use accounts and keys controlled and paid for by the client unless the signed agreement says otherwise. Calls From Clicks will explain the required accounts before handoff.

Signature to Showroom upgrade

A Signature client may upgrade to Showroom within 90 days of the original handoff by paying the difference between the Signature price and Showroom price accepted for that project. The added scope, required inputs, payment timing, and new delivery clock will be confirmed in writing before upgrade work begins.

Domain and ownership

At handoff, Calls From Clicks transfers the custom website deliverables to you and helps launch them inside your own Vercel account. Handoff occurs after final payment or after Calls From Clicks waives the final payment under the Pay-Half Promise. Calls From Clicks does not use monthly hostage pricing, proprietary lock-in, or a required website retainer.

Your ownership covers the custom code, copy, design, and files created specifically for your project. Your own photos, logos, trademarks, and other materials remain yours. Open-source software, third-party services, licensed assets, and reusable tools or components remain subject to their existing licenses and ownership, but you may continue using them as included in the delivered website.

The launch walkthrough covers Vercel setup, ownership handoff, and prompts you can use with ChatGPT or Claude to make future edits.

Your content and approvals

You are responsible for confirming that the business information, pricing, service claims, reviews, photos, logos, trademarks, and other materials you provide are accurate and that you have permission to use them. You are also responsible for reviewing the site before approving publication.

Hosting and third-party services

Domain registration, Vercel hosting, API usage, email services, AI providers, and other third-party services are controlled and billed by their providers after handoff. Calls From Clicks is not responsible for their pricing changes, outages, account restrictions, policy changes, or discontinued features.

Future edits

After launch, future edits are billed at $125/hr with a 1-hour minimum and are not prorated. Most small batches of text, photo, or layout changes are one hour, so clients are encouraged to batch updates instead of sending one small request at a time.

What we do not promise

No honest builder can guarantee a search ranking or a specific number of bookings. We build the strongest possible sales surface around the work, proof, and service areas you provide.
